Sedation Dentistry

Sedation dentistry is available at our Monroe dental practice.  This is not just nitrous oxide.  We administer the proper medication to sedate our patients, and monitor you with the most up to date technology available to keep you safe.   Plus our doctors are trained and certified by DOCS.

The best way to experience dentistry is under sedation.   Anxiety is gone, the face is relaxed, no memory of the appointment and best of all things happen much quicker or they feel that way.

All of our sedation patients are conscious during the procedure and do not experience any pain or remember the visit*.

Our doctors are trained and certified by DOCS and approved by the Georgia Dentistry Board to administer dental sedation and monitor our patients in the chair.  We go through a very selective process on which patients we sedate.  If you have high anxiety about dental treatment you are our type of patient.   Actually, many of our patients with no anxiety decided to do it because its so much easier for bigger procedures.

*Most patients feel this way.  Of course, everyone’s experience varies slightly.
